Our Refund Policy for Instagram Services
We are committed to delivering high-quality Instagram promotion services. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and our commitments.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis within the guidelines outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Services were not delivered as described in your service agreement
- We failed to commence work within 5 business days of payment without prior notice
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
- You cancel within 48 hours of purchase before any work has begun
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with organic growth results or engagement rates (as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control)
- Instagram account suspension or penalties due to your violation of Instagram's Terms of Service
- Changes in Instagram's algorithm or policies affecting campaign performance
- Failure to provide required content, access, or information in a timely manner
- Services already rendered or campaigns already launched
- Monthly subscription services after the first billing cycle
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of service purchase or issue occurrence
- Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
- Allow us 3-5 business days to review your request
- We will respond with our decision and next steps

5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund based on:
- The amount of work already completed
- Resources already allocated to your campaign
- Time elapsed in your service period
- Ad spend already invested on your behalf
Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on services delivered versus services remaining.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Service Credits
As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer service credits for future campaigns. Service credits can be used toward any of our Instagram promotion services and do not expire for 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Subscription Cancellations
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- You will retain access to services until the end of your paid period
9. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally. Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us to resolve the issue directly.
